Yes! Our design consultants can help you select pieces that complement your space and lifestyle. We offer complimentary 30-minute virtual consultations for orders over ₹50,000. For more extensive projects, we provide full-service interior design at competitive rates.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard collection items in original condition. Custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned, though we'll work with you to resolve any issues. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping.
Absolutely! We welcome visitors by appointment Monday through Friday between 10AM and 4PM. Our showroom displays current collection pieces, and workshop tours can be arranged to see craftsmen at work. Please call ahead to schedule your visit.
